stuck in seattle

*rainy days wont go away*
*can't wait to get to san jose*

so tired, i want to take a nap
but then i'd be lying when i tell
TSA
that i've had by eye on my bag
the whole time
god forbid a stranger try to
smuggle shampoo
in my carry on.

im emotionally exhausted,
waiting for a text from my husband.
the only thing more annoying than
the plane being delayed
is the girl with the glasses and a messy braid
practicing her spelling words.
